I have not received the item that was supposed to be a Christmas gift ( on my nefews list). Disappointed that I won't have it before Christmas. When i inquired, they told me that the courier service used had 'lost my package, I told them that I still want the product, send it to me through a different carrier such as Purolator to expedite it quickly, since I wanted it for Christmas gifting...they are using the same courrier...Disappointing ...first time using couch potato, last time using couch potato.
